Will Kristina Rose survive the Porn Valley beatings?

A Monica Foster thought...

Well I'm a bit worried about porn super star Kristina Rose...It appears that in order to remain competitive in the "porn sphere", she feels she must subject herself to the Kink BEATINGS!

I've written for a while now that Kink.com in my view is incredibly abusive psychologically and physically to performers and that their content in my view is detrimental to the viewer.

I hope that Kristina will scream "RED" if the Kink losers get too crazy...afterall, at this stage in the game, even Skin Diamond wants to turn the tables and become a domme rather than continue to be a beat down submissive...

Is Skin Diamond waking up to the fact that Blacks are Free At Last? Maybe...

Will these women survive the Porn Valley physical and psychological abuse much longer? Won't SOMEONE emancipate these virtual slaves?

I WANT CHANGE!

Did Kayden Kross contract Chlamydia?

a Monica Foster thought...

Did Digital Playground contract star Kayden Kross contract Chlamydia? I hope not, and I most certainly hope she didn't catch it from Michael Whiteacre

Beginning of the End for Free Speech? Jury fines Internet users $13.8 million For Defamation on Topix.com

Monica Foster commentary: Hmmm, my primary stalker who has defamed my father lives in Texas as well...it's about time to face the music...

courtesy AdultFYI.com from www.rt.com - Freedom of speech might be allowed on the Internet, but name calling? Not so much. A jury in Texas has awarded $13.8 million to a couple that filed a defamation lawsuit after being offended on the Internet.
Three years after they filed a complaint against then-unknown users of an online forum, Mark and Rhonda Lesher [pictured] of Clarksville, Texas are expected to see their bank account balance increase by almost $14 million.

That’s close to the judgment agreed on by a jury that oversaw a case in the 348th District Court in Fort Worth, TX. It’s there that the couple claimed that meanies on the Topix.com message boards had antagonized them to the point that they were driven to take legal action.
Now some formerly-anonymous Internet trolls will have to fork over millions for allegedly causing mental anguish, loss of reputation and loss of business.

And all the couple had to do was trample on the American Constitution.

"It’s pretty significant," Dallas-based cyber attorney Peter Vogel tells the local ABC affiliate, WFAA TV. Vogel was not personally involved in the case but agrees that the implications it brings will be a big blow to the constitutional rights of Americans down the line.
"People cannot hide behind the First Amendment and say anything they want,” he tells the station.
That seems like enough for the happy couple, though.

"This vindicates us. This is vindication for all the scurrilous, vile, defamatory statements that caused us to be indicted, to be tried, that caused us to move out of town and my wife to lose her business," Mark Lesher says to the Texarkana Gazette. "You can't post anonymous lies on the Internet without suffering the consequences."
The nasty name calling began in 2008 when Shannon Coyel claimed that she was sexually assaulted while on the ranch operated by the Leshers.

Months down the road, a jury in Collin County, Texas acquitted the couple of all alleged crimes, but the case was far from over. On Topix.com, a Silicon Valley-based community of message boards that ranks within the top 500 most visited site in the United States, the discussion continued even after the Leshers had been relieved of sex crime charges.
Although the court found the Leshers not guilty, Topix posters had their doubts. Before long over 25,000 comments were published to message boards spanning around 70 different threads. When ABC News covered the story at the start of their trial, they recall Web searches for the couple’s name to return such slurs as “child molesters,” “rapists” and “drug dealers.” Others would even go as far as to say that the couple was “herpes infested.”

"From the time I was indicted in April, my business fell off to just almost zero. It really just went to zero. I mean who's going to hire someone accused of rape?” Mark Lesher asked ABC at the time.
"The people who have hid behind the anonymity of the Internet need to be held accountable and brought to justice.”

Now three years later, a jury is demanding that three of the culprits who own computers matching the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses tied to a handful of the posts be held responsible for the hardships the Leshers have allegedly suffered in the years since acquitted.
When the Leshers first started their legal fight, they asked for the real life identities of nearly 200 pseudonyms used to degrade them on the Web. By the end of the investigation, they had linked a computer that connected online to an Internet service registered to Shannon Coyel’s husband, Jerry Coyel, to a handful of the names. Now both Coyels and one of their employers are being told to pay up to the tune of more than $13 million.

Chris Tolles, CEO of Topix, tells ABC News that the figure settled on for the Fort Worth couple just seems "a bit overboard."
When ABC approached Tolles at the start of the case, the CEO said he would be okay with a “reasonable solution” to the complaint, but said that speaking freely was the heart of his operation.
"We have a business to run and that does give people the right to speak anonymously," he said.
Not anymore, it seems.

Bree Olson and Breast Cancer - here we go...

courtesy FoxNews.com
Monica Foster commentary: Not sure about this publicity stunt, BUT it's certainly a step up from Bree's video commentary on Kony.

courtesy foxnews.com

An industry known for selling sex is doing its part to save women’s breasts – as well as their lives. Porn star Bree Olson, who is also the ex-girlfriend of Charlie Sheen, used her assets to raise awareness for breast cancer by hosting a breast exam bus tour around New York City on Tuesday.

The “Save Our Boobs Bus,” decked out in pink and leather, also featured the Boob Bus Nurse Brigade and free breast cancer screening exams by a board-certified plastic surgeon. The bus was sponsored by Pornhub, an adult entertainment website. “Porhhub came to me with this idea to do breast cancer awareness,” Olson said. “They figured, you know, breasts are a large part of our industry, and the two would kind of coincide.” Olson described herself as a “cheerleader” for the event, during which interested volunteers could climb onto the bus and get screened for breast cancer, as well as learn self-exam techniques to use at home.

The event took place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and included five scheduled stops at New York City landmarks such as Grand Central Terminal, Times Square and Central Park. Dr. David Shafer, a double-board certified plastic surgeon and diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, was on hand to give the exams and teach women how to do self-exams. According to Shafer, not only is there an association between breast implants and plastic surgeons, but plastic surgeons also play an important role with patients after they have been diagnosed with breast cancer. “Patients have self-esteem issues and body image issues, and we’re able to step in and say, ‘Listen, we can do the reconstructive procedures,’” Shafer explained. “We can use that skill to help build up the self-esteem of the patient and help them feel better after the surgery. We can also work hand-in-hand with them during their diagnosis.”

Plastic surgeons can even play a role in detecting breast cancer, according to Shafer. “One thing when we see patients for breast implants, we do a good screening beforehand to make sure they don’t have breast cancer,” Shafer said. “We do mammograms, breast exams, and so that’s why we wanted to get involved with this. With a 1 in 8 chance of developing breast cancer in their lifetime, it’s an important issue for all women.” Olson said she was affected by breast cancer when the mother of a close friend died from the disease. “She was in her 30s, and so she didn’t get to see her grandchildren grow up or anything,” Olson said. “And it was very devastating to one of my best friends. To see something like that hit so close to home – you always think it’s not going to happen to you; and it just goes to show that something that seems so far away, and it seems like something you see on TV or hear people talk about can actually happen.

It’s very important to get examinations regularly.” Olson said the bus tour was definitely something she’d like to do again. “Nothing like this had been done before, and I think it’s really great of Pornhub to come together and say, ‘Let’s do this, let’s take this bus to women and raise awareness.’” Shafer added: “It’s not just focusing on Breast Awareness Month or Day, but it’s an everyday kind of thing so that women know that every month it’s an important thing to do.”

Brian McKnight has apparently lost his mind.

Monica Foster commentary:

I suppose Brian McKnight is vying for the 2013 AVN best adult movie soundtrack award. I personally think that he might have lost his mind to do this, but then again it's 2012 so nothing will surprise me this year. I'd love to teach him how his asshole works with my strap on actually being that he's just so sexually exploratory at this phase...

After you've had enough of listening to Brian's overly hyped sub-par stylings, enjoy my girl Miss Jackson!

Gay Talent Agencies Group Formed

Monica Foster commentary: I have a feeling the "straight" side of porn will be put to shame by this group's rapid achievement and progress...

Groupon Faces Backlash Over Kink.com Tour Discounts

Monica Foster commentary: I first saw this issue on Desi Foxx's blog www.PornInTheValley.com and couldn't believe it. Fortunately people are taking action to boycott Groupon in regards to Kink.com as quickly as they are. As you my readers know I'm not against porn as a concept - but I'm against the criminal and abusive activity of those who dominate the Los Angeles porn industry. Kink.com in my view is incredibly abusive psychologically and physically to performers and their content in my view is detrimental to the viewer.

courtesy Xbiz.com

Christian watch-groupMorality in Media is calling for a nationwide boycott of online discounter Groupon.com for providing money-saving deals on tours of BDSM production studio Kink.com.
Serious bruises on pornstar Skin Diamond after an Upper
Floor BDSM shoot.
"Selling coupons supporting the degradation of women is as low as a publicly-traded company can go," MIM Executive Director Dawn Hawkins said. "Groupon frames the tour as a historic one, comparing the opportunity to visiting the Smithsonian Institute because the building that houses Kink has an 'historic history in San Francisco.'"
Kink.com, which is headquartered in San Francisco's historic Mission District building, a 200,000 square foot reproduction of a Moorish Castle built in 1914 and used as the city's National Guard Armory and Arsenal up until the '70s, began offering hour-long tours to the public last year.
Groupon has provided shoppers discounted tickets (as low as $28) to the Kink.com studios twice this year and have no intention of stopping the practice, citing that Kink "has proven to be a responsible member of their community."
Needless to say, Hawkins is none-too-happy with the company's response. "Groupon should be thinking of their wider commercial audience, most of which, unlike Groupon, would not support torture and humiliation of women and girls for the sexual enjoyment of disturbed men. But since Groupon not only seems to support Kink, but is happy to profit from the torture of women, we have called for a national boycott."

Report: Sex Robots Could Replace Hookers by 2050

Monica Foster commentary: Ok, I'd like to pre-order a Brad Pitt bot.

courtesy xbiz.com

A pair of New Zealand researchers are reporting that robot prostitutes will revolutionize the sex tourism business by 2050. Victoria University professor Ian Yeoman and sexologist Michelle Mars have issued a research paper titled "Robots, Men And Sex Tourism" claiming that "Robot sex is safer sex, free from the constraints, precautions and uncertainties of the real deal.”

In their study published in the journal, Futures, the researchers imagine an Amsterdam sex club called Yub-Yum where tourists could indulge themselves in nearly every manner of typical strip club dancer titillation and cyber-sex for around $13,000.

The futuristic Plato’s Retreat would contain "sexual gods and goddesses of different ethnicities, body shapes, ages, languages and sexual features." A major advantage of the randy robots, according to the paper’s authors, is the lack of STDs — made possible with the use of bacteria-resistant fibers that would be flushed out after each sex act.

But the living dolls just can't replace a real girl, according to Nevada Bunny Ranch owner Dennis Hof. The brothel king told CBS news, "Those Australian researchers ought to come to the Bunny Ranch to see what real American sex is like — there's no way to duplicate it. "At the Bunny Ranch, we say 'it's not just the sex, it's an adventure' — and often times it's more about the adventure than it is the sex." Can you say, "Danger Will Robinson!?"

Yep - civilization is about to be wiped out - Tribeca Films brings you a documentary called "Sexy Baby"

This is more than a documentary - this is an attempt at normalizing young teens and pre-teens viewing adult content and it's WRONG! WRONG WRONG WRONG! I expect civilization to be wiped out ANY DAY NOW!. THANKS A LOT filmmakers who don't know when to draw the line. THANKS A LOT!

Hypersexual Disorder - The Diagnosis .... Things that make you go hmmmm.....

Monica Foster commentary: I found this to be interesting. I personally think whether a person is "hypersexual" (or not) is all perspective. I may feel that way however because I may be borderline "solo-hypersexual"...who knows - see ya'll on webcam: http://monicafoster.cammodels.com

courtesy psychcentral.com

What is “Hypersexual Disorder”?
The American Psychiatric Association (APA), recognizing the increasing public and clinical acceptance of the concept of sexual addiction, has requested and received extensive Tier 1, peer reviewed research data, along with an exhaustive literature review (Shout out to Dr. Marty Kafka of Harvard!) toward its consideration of a potential DSM-5Hypsersexuality Disorder diagnosis. While “Hypersexual Disorder” may not be the ideal term for a problem that more accurately involves the lengthy search and pursuit of sexual and romantic intensity rather than just the sex act itself, the proposed criteria as written do point to problem patterns of excessive fantasy and urges that mirror most aspects of what we have come to know more commonly as “sexual addiction.”

The proposed criteria for Hypersexual Disorder for the DSM-5 read as follows:
  1. Over a period of at least 6 months, recurrent or intense sexual fantasies, sexual urges, or sexual behaviors in association with 3 or more of the following 5 criteria:
    1. Time consumed by sexual fantasies, urges, or behaviors repetitively interferes with other important (non-sexual) goals, activities, and obligations.
    2. Repetitively engaging in sexual fantasies, urges, or behaviors in response to dysphoric mood states (e.g., anxiety, depression, boredom, irritability).
    3. Repetitively engaging in sexual fantasies, urges, or behaviors in response to stressful life events.
    4. Repetitive but unsuccessful efforts to control or significantly reduce these sexual fantasies, urges, or behaviors.
    5. Repetitively engaging in sexual behaviors while disregarding the risk for physical or emotional harm to self or others.
    6. There is clinically significant personal distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning associated with the frequency and intensity of these sexual fantasies, urges, or behaviors.
    7. These sexual fantasies, urges, or behaviors are not due to the direct physiological effect of an exogenous substance (e.g., a drug of abuse or a medication). Specify if:
    • Masturbation
    • Pornography
    • Sexual Behavior with Consenting Adults
    • Cybersex
    • Telephone Sex
    • Strip Clubs
    • Other: examples, prostitutes, strip clubs/adult bookstores
Thus, hypersexuality is conceptualized as a non-paraphilic sexual desire disorder with an impulsivity component. The proposed behavior specifiers are intended to integrate empirically based contributions from numerous perspectives, including dysregulation of sexual arousal and desire, sexual impulsivity, sexual addiction, and sexual compulsivity

How internet porn turned my beautiful boy into a hollow, self-hating shell

Monica Foster commentary: Reading this article really broke my heart. Due to the easy accessibility of adult content and even live webcam models like myself, too many pre-teens and teens are being exposed to adult subject matter far before they're psychologically ready to. I personally feel that in time, all adult content needs to be put under the .xxx domain extension umbrella. It would make adult content much easier for parents to block via operating system settings or via requested ISP blocking.
Being an "adult performer" myself, I'm very aware as to how adult content DOES become a "psychological drug" of sorts for many. Major changes need to be made in the adult realm to protect youngsters from the outcome illustrated in the article below.

courtesy dailymail.co.uk

Online porn is as addictive as any drug. It's enslaving hundreds of thousands of British children. I know, because my son was one of them.
Charlie was 11 when not just his behaviour, but his entire character started changing. He'd always been a cheerful, friendly, sunny sort of chap. At his junior school he was popular with his classmates, loved playing football in the school team and was rarely in any kind of trouble with his teachers.

Over the space of his first two terms at secondary school all that changed. If Charlie had been on Class A drugs he couldn't have been more transformed. He became withdrawn, moody and sullen. He wasn't sleeping at night. He lost his normal gargantuan appetite. He looked hollow-eyed and listless. He had none of the boyish energy and high spirits that we were all used to.
He began writing things like 'I hate myself', or 'Charlie is s***' on scraps of paper, newspapers, books, even his bedroom furniture and walls. He drew obscene cartoons with speech bubbles filled with the filthiest words in the dictionary.
I once rolled back his sleeve to find 'I am disgusting' scrawled on the inside of his arm. I managed to stop myself from crying until I'd left the room. But the moment the door closed behind me I broke down completely.

I couldn't understand. How could my beautiful boy, who could light up a room and my heart with his smile, have turned into this hollow, self-hating shell? What had I done wrong?
Almost six months went by and still I could find no answer. Charlie was still very much a small boy. He didn't have a hair on his chin and his voice was high and unbroken. So it wasn't some kind of hormonal reaction to becoming an adolescent. And the doctor assured us he wasn't physically ill.

Maybe it was a family issue. My husband, Mike, and I were going through a rough patch, as most couples do at one time or another. We weren't the screaming and shouting kind, but there was a sullen gulf of silence opening up between us.
Was Charlie responding to that? Or perhaps it was the influence of his new school.
Charlie goes to a big suburban comprehensive that prides itself on the quality of its pastoral care as much as its exam results. But even the best schools contain a few bad apples and my suspicions fell on a particular boy in Charlie's class.
I can't prove that he started it all, but I suspected there was something going wrong from the moment the two of them first met.

I knew his new friend was encouraging Charlie to play the violent video games that I hate so much and have always banned. I feared that, as the youngest of several brothers, this particular boy might also have access to cigarettes, drink and even drugs.

So why did Manwin send me a bitchy email about my linking them to Reality Kings back in January when they're about to merge with Reality Kings this month!?!?!

Monica Foster commentary: Once again MikeSouth.com was on the right trail and SO WAS I! Back in late January of this year Manwin (the porn industry megacorp that views Porn Valley as a Monopoly game and who has a front man that wishes he was Steve Jobs) sent me a bitchy email in regards to my linking their company to Reality Kings and DareDorm.com - well as of today considering the article below from AVN.com I WAS SO ON THE MONEY!
All anyone has to do to SEE that I knew what was going on, is to take a look at the 2257 link on DareDorm.com - it brings you to a page hosted on the adultprovide.com server. Who runs the adultprovide.com server? RKnethelp.com - Who is RKnethelp? Why they're RK media! Who is RK media? REALITY KINGS!

courtesy AVN.com

Adult companies Manwin and Reality Kings parent, RK Netmedia, have filed a merger notification with Austria's Federal Competition Authority, a rating enforcement agency that investigates and approves planned mergers.

Manwin has confirmed that the two companies have jointly authorized the filing with the Authority in furtherance of their discussions with respect to the terms of a potential proposed agreement.

The merger notification for Manwin-RK Netmedia was made April 16. Not all intended mergers require enhanced scrutiny, however. In 2010, for instance, the Authority reviewed 54 merger filings, seven of which required an in-depth investigation. Two of those cases were challenged before eventually being resolved, and in the other five cases the parties withdrew the merger filings.

The terms of the contemplated agreement are not yet final, and Manwin and Reality Kings will provide further information as it becomes available.

Hunter Moore's Controversial IsAnyOneUp.com Sold to Bullyville.com

Monica Foster commentary: THANK GOD this site is down - all the people who were victims of it now hopefully can have peace. Now I just pray that the websites and people that continue to victimize, stalk and bully myself and my family will vanish.

courtesy AdultFYI.com

from www.zdnet.com - Revenge porn website IsAnyoneUp.com has been the most famous source for sexualized bullying - now it has been sold and converted to an anti-bullying resource.

In a surprising turn, one-proud bully and site owner Hunter Moore has sold IsAnyoneUp for an undisclosed sum to BullyVille.com, a resource that helps targets of bullying online and off.

In a letter on BullyVille today he announced that the site is “down for good” and he claims to have come to the realization “the damage that bullying can do.”

Moore writes,

You made it possible for me to have the best life and made me realize what people will do for a few extra friend requests & followers on twitter.

I never got to take in everything while it was happening because it was going so fast even though there was drama and lots of tears and pissed off parents, I feel blessed and thankful for all of you who came here to support me.

I’ve become friends with the founder of BullyVille, CupidVille, CheaterVille and KarmaVille and he helped me realize that my talents in the programming and social networking world could be channeled in a positive way and we spoke about ways to move on, which is ultimately what I’ve decided to do.

I might do some writing on bullyville.com to help people who have been bullied; I’ve been on both sides of the fence. I am putting this message up on Bullyville.com to stand up for underage bullying.

I think it’s important that everyone realizes the damage that online bullying can cause.

It’s tough to believe a guy that cashed in his fame chips going on national TV and news outlets to brag about the cease and desist letters he amassed, the joy he got from humiliating and destroying lives of those he felt deserved torment, a stabbing in his own driveway, and multiple lawsuits.

Back in January of this year Moore had been seeking investors for IsAnyoneUp. In this effort, he’d sponsored parties during the Las Vegas porn convention (AVN/AEE), and attempted to launch an IsAnyoneUp iTunes app.

Moore has made a reputation not only on the aggressive and often nonconsensual content of IsAnyoneUp, but he is almost equally known for being unrepentant and proud of humiliating those that ended up on his website - playing up the mean-spirited nature of online harassment and publicly joking about victims.

IsAnyoneUp.com made its fame on photos submitted anonymously to Moore by angry exes, which Moore would publish, often with stills of the nonconsenting subject’s social network profiles and other identifying personal information.

IsAnyoneUp wasn’t only a nonconsensual “revenge porn” site - it was also a cult spot for emo and metal bands. This community fueled Moore’s party planning beginnings, and he’s been recently hosting notorious IsAnyoneUp parties on the Las Vegas strip.

In Moore’s letter he states that his decision was also fueled by being tired of “all the legal drama.”

The San Francisco resident now wants to use his “talents in the social networking and programming world” to organize and throw wild parties to benefit “a range of causes” with WePartyForACause.net.

Moore’s move is interesting, even if he’s actually unapologetic. On Twitter, he’s getting heat from people that don’t buy Moore’s change of heart:

Fester Trim @SpaghettiJesus

Dear @Huntermoore, your letter is a joke. You're a scumbag and a horrible human being. Attempting to salvage your soul is pointless. Lulz.
19 Apr 12

And as Gawker points out, Moore is enjoying the chance to respond to his Twitter critics saying he will, “f*ck everyone you know and get them pregnant and (…)”

Can I suggest that Moore’s first benefit be for Without My Consent?

Promote the Los Angeles porn industry LIES & ABUSE to University Students or YOU'RE FIRED!

This toon has almost manifested 100% into reality.
Monica Foster commentary: I've come to the conclusion that we're officially in the "End Times" as of today. The woman in this article, a professor, tried to educate her students as to the truth about the potential detrimental effects of pornography on one's life, and she was suspended for it.

Meanwhile you have sextoy companies (who are of course Free Speech Coalition members) like the Screaming O sponsoring college campus events at USF (I'm convinced that their front man works directly for Satan), and Wicked Pictures screening their movies to students at UCSB.

Why even TRY to give young people the knowledge they need to make educated healthy decisions in life at this stage? Being that pornography is the psychological drug to enslave the masses of this generation why stop there? Maybe the United States should go ahead and legalize not just marijuana, but cocaine too and start distributing it to middle school kids (highschool age kids just aren't young enough now days).

Once the middle school kids are hooked on both the porn and the cocaine - after they make it to Highschool (the ones that live that is), call in the porn companies to recruit the 16 year old girls during lunch break (the kids won't be eating lunch anyways being that cocaine takes away your appetite). It'll be like a job fair!  Hell, I've been saying for a while that the age limit to be in porn should be raised to 21, but being that it's the END OF DAYS lets go ahead and lower it to 16. Why not? Come on psychos, if you're going to transform Earth into HELL lets do it RIGHT!

courtesy AdultFYI.com

Gail Dines writes at www.counterpunch.org - As colleges become more corporate, we are hearing more and more stories of academics being sanctioned for having the audacity to speak out against corporate malfeasance. Not only does this limit the free speech of academics, it also serves to scare teachers into adhering to the hegemonic discourse.

The latest example is quite stunning. Jammie Price [pictured], a full professor at Appalachian State University, was suspended last month for showing the documentary The Price of Pleasure: Pornography, Sexuality and Relationships.

Distributed by the Media Education Foundation, one of the most respected producers of progressive documentaries in the country, the film sets out to look at how mainstream pornography has not only become more violent and misogynistic, but is actually in bed with major financial institutions such as credit card companies, venture capitalists, cable companies and hotels (they make more money from porn than mini bars).

After showing the film to 120 students, three evidently complained to the university administration that Dr. Price was showing “inappropriate material” in class. Dr. Price was not allowed to learn the names of the students or to meet with them, was denied a hearing, and was immediately suspended and told that she could not enter any offices or classrooms in the Arts and Sciences buildings. Should she want to obtain “materials, computer files, pick up mail …” she needed to make arrangements to be escorted by a member of the faculty.

How interesting that a university decides that an academic analysis of one of the most profitable industries in the world is “inappropriate.”

What exactly are we supposed to teach about? Maybe if Jammie Price had been in a business school and taught a case on how to make a killing in porn, she might have been given a pass. Or maybe, to be on the safe side, Dr. Price should have instead invited a pornographer to class to promote their products.

In 2008, the porn press was abuzz with the great news that Joanna Angel, owner of the porn site Burning Angel, had been invited to speak to a human sexuality class at Indiana University.
