(Monica Foster commentary: I wanted to post a quick congratulations to Jewels Jade for taking steps to moving forward in her life away from the Los Angeles porn industry - along with acknowledging that she's a Christian. More power to her! Looks like she's a webcam model as I am and I think that's great!)
From her twitter:
Its still prior fans and porn companies that are going to talk about porn. So I am shutting it down. I got into porn when I hit rock bottom ...
Just to let everyone know again I have quit porn completely thank goodness I came to my senses. I am very happy, my family is thrilled. Oct 14
This is another reason I got out of porn. The way it portrays women and it's violence etc. Women are smart valuable people Oct 14

Is Tori Black OK? Her twitter may lead you to believe so but T-Reel makes me think otherwise...
(Monica Foster commentary: Just a few days ago, TMZ launched porn superstar into the spotlight - but not for the most flattering of reasons. She was allegedly physically assaulted by her child's father at the Hard Rock hotel over the AVN awards weekend. According to her twitter everything is "OK", but according to an article that was just posted on adultcybermart.com by Gene Ross - her ex T-Reel opens the door to further concern in regards to the safety, well being and reputation of Tori Black.)
courtesy AdultCyberMart.com
Bad enough that Black and her boyfriend Lyndell Anderson aka Dynomite Dolomite aka Mimefreak aka MFCommission made a public spectacle of themselves and were arrested for domestic battery in Las Vegas – this, after a drunken brawl which lends new meaning to the term “breast milk”.
Bad enough that TMZ has become the new PornWikiLeaks by seeing fit to print the real names of porn stars every time they stray from the path of righteousness.
But now it seems that Lyndell, aka Dynomite Dolomite, aka Mimefreak aka MFCommission has become the target of Tee Reel’s Chatsworth-based Ideal Image Management.
Reel sent out an industry alert this week claiming that Lyndell, aka Dynomite Dolomite, aka Mimefreak aka MFCommission has been “misrepresenting” himself as a director for several high end companies.
Reel further alleges that Lyndell is also representing himself as a webmaster, offering free websites in exchange for nude pictures and sexual favors.
Now I ask you. What is Lyndell doing that other webmasters in this business haven’t already tried or done? Sheeeesh. I don’t know about that director part because Lyndell’s name is listed all over the place as a director as well as a performer.
I guess T Reel’s speaking on good authority because he says this matter was brought to his attention by several talent. Trust me on this. If talent were witnesses in Watergate, Nixon would still be president.
“He [Lyndell] has told talent that if they sent him nude pictures he would get them booked with Elegant Angel and or Juileland for example,” states Reel.
“It has been brought to our attention that he has worked for these companies as a production assistant but has no authority in booking talent.”
Stuart Lawley and ICM Registry can tell you more about this because they’re apparently the experts, but here’s where T Reel seems to be skirting antitrust laws when he states, “To protect our talent from any misrepresentation or pressure for sexual favors Ideal Image Management will advise all performers we represent not to work on any sets Lyndell Anderson is hired on.
“We ask that if you as a company decided to hire this man in any way, bring it to our attention so we can notify the performer for their own safety and they can then decided if they want to take the booking.”
In all fairness to Lyndell, he’s not had a good week. Although Black in a statement she made to AVN admits she was drunk and exonerates him from reports that he used excessive force on her. Or maybe it was the other way around, who knows. They do have a court date scheduled as a result of the arrests.
In a one-card Tarot reading, Lyndell draws The Devil which says he’s not had a good week. It also means he’s either the master manipulator that T Reel alleges or that he’s got a whole pack of shit coming his way. The card says Lyndell can talk a good game, so a whole pack of shit coming his way is nothing that he isn’t equipped to handle.
Nevertheless, this story is now getting real interesting.

South Africa basically told Top TV to go to hell.
courtesy AVN.com
The best laid plans of TopTV have been dashed by South African communications regulator, ICASA, which has prohibited the On Digital Media-owned satellite television network from placing three adult channels in its lineup. The planned channels were Playboy Europe, Private Spice and Adult XXX.
"We advise that the council of the authority ... decided, after careful consideration, to refuse On Digital Media’s application for the authorization of (the proposed) video channels," ICASA said in a letter sent to TopTV today.
This is the second time in two years that plans to introduce porn to South African TV airwaves has been foiled by opposition from either the public or the government government.
"Last year," reported Reuters, "the DSTV broadcaster owned by Naspers, was forced to cancel its adults-only channel application in the face of consumer outrage and disapproval by senior government officials."
TopTV has said it is considering how to respond, but considering that Kopano ke Matla Investment Company, the investment arm of the Congress of South African Trade Unions (Cosatu), said earlier this week that it would pull its 20 percent stake in On Digital Media if the channels launch, the decision may have already been made for TopTV.
It looks as though South Africans will have to make do with adult DVDs and internet porn for the foreseeable future.

Look at the coward who waited until Steve Jobs was dead to literally rape his brain child...
(Monica Foster commentary - this product most likely would never see the light of day if Steve Jobs was still alive. I think it's incredibly disrespectful and insulting of Brian Shubin to push this product and I hope that karma bites his member off.)

The makers of Fleshlight, the No. 1 selling male sex toy on the market, are developing a specialized case that would attached the Fleshlight to an iPad for a more “interactive” use, Gizmodo reports.
“We’ve covered the Fleshlight and its many permutations both inside and out, so naturally when we hard about a fit this natural we took it on ourselves to figure out if a real version was in the works,” the article reads. To get the scoop, the writers contacted Fleshlight COO Brian Shubin, who had this to say: “It’s another exciting product we have in development at the moment. We are always looking to improve out user experience and this will be a way to take it to another level.”
Shubin didn’t give a timeline for the new case, but speciulation about the so-called “FleshliPad” abound on the internet. Shubin urged fans to check back with Fleshlight.com for updates.

Is Manwin RACIST and SEXIST in regards to who they threaten unjustified LEGAL ACTION against within the adult entertainment blogging sphere?
(a Monica Foster editorial)
Today I woke up to what I perceive as threats from porn industry giant MANWIN (a non United States founded entity) requesting that I immediately remove my recent post about DareDorm.com due to my linked and sourced commentary.
I have to question as to exactly why Manwin is targeting me, with unjustified legal action against this posting when Mike South (of MikeSouth.com who is often quite accurate in his blog postings) has reported as of November 11, 2011 that Manwin has allegedly either acquired or done a deal with Reality Kings.
It appears in my view that Manwin is attempting to silence independent adult industry bloggers - possibly according to race and sex being that Mike South (who has recently written a positive blog in regards to Manwin) is a caucasion (white) male - versus myself (a black female) who hasn't jumped on the "pro-manwin" bandwagon.
Is this another instance of the porn industry threatening, harassing and attempting to intimidate women like myself who are ex pornstars who have decided to share their thoughts, opinions, views and truths about the porn industry? Considering what I went through with the PornWikiLeaks situation of which Mike South was involved in and Sean Tompkins (of whom was initially closely affiliated with Mike South in the alleged "taking down" of PornWikiLeaks), I wouldn't be surprised.
Amazing how MANWIN is a platinum plus FSC (free speech coalition) member - yet they're attempting to encroach upon my FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

Hey ladies - here's your version of the fleshlight.

It's seemed rather unfair to me for a while in regards to the amount of adult products geared towards men versus the amount of emotionally satisfying products geared towards women. Well today I found a product on overstock.com that seems to level the scales a bit. Check this pillow out - it's called the "Dream Man Arm Pillow" - you can pick it up on Overstock.com and you'll get a kick out of reading the product reviews.
I will be purchasing one shortly.

2 top pornstars (Tori Black and Bree Olson) are ready to say their final goodbyes to the porn industry - and both have been physically assaulted!
Both Bree Olson and Tori Black have publicly announced that they are ready to say goodbye to the porn industry...
from www.therealtoriblack.com
"So, the cat’s out of the bag!
“Are you retiring” and “What’s next for Tori Black, career-wise?” are questions I’m assuming are floating around, so I’ll take a moment to address them. I am not disappearing, however I will be growing and changing, as any evolving woman would. Certain feelings and aspects of reality change when a woman becomes a mother and the most important thing I can do right now is take care of myself and my blossoming family."
from thelasvegassun.com
Robin Leach: After all this time, it’s your first as host -- and yet it’s a goodbye?
Bree Olson: Yes, but I’m really excited. I left the industry abruptly, so I’m pleased to have a proper farewell to the adult industry and give a proper thank you. I feel hosting the awards show is a great way to do that. I’m also going to be signing at the expo so, I thought it was a great way to see my fans and do a final signing in that way.
As of January 12, 2012 Bree Olson was physically assaulted and strangled in her hometown of Fort Wayne, IN - As reported on Wane.com:
"Oberlin said during the course of the argument, Underwood pushed her up against a car and grabbed her around the neck, so much so that she could not breathe and almost passed out. He then let her go and left the area.
Police later found him at his apartment and took him into custody.
Underwood allegedly told Fort Wayne police that Oberlin was hitting him and he ‘just lost it’ and pushed her against the car and grabbed her neck in an effort to get her to stop."
Only a couple of weeks later another physical assault on a top pornstar occurs - this time right in Las Vegas at the ssame hotel venue of which this year's AVN Awards were held (The Hard Rock Hotel) - as reported today on TMZ.com:
"Officers responded to a domestic dispute call at Tori's Hard Rock Hotel room early Friday morning. According to the police report, Tori -- real name Michelle Chapman -- told cops she had been drinking before she got back to the room where her fiance, Lyndell Anderson, and their 5-month old son were waiting.
The report states Tori and Lyndell started arguing because, as Tori told police ... Lyndell didn't have "enough breast milk" to feed the baby.
The two-time AVN Performer of the Year then claims Lyndell called her an "unfit mother" ... and that's when things got physical. In the report, police say Tori admitting punching Lyndell in the back of the head, but also claimed he shoved her into a wall.
According to the report, police reviewed the hotel security tape of the hallway outside the couple's room and saw Lyndell push Tori "with such violent force that she flies across the hall." Police say she had bruises on her arms.
Lyndell and Tori were both arrested and booked for domestic battery."
2 top pornstars attempting to move their lives forward in a positive direction being physically assaulted by men they allowed into their lives...there appears to be a pattern here.
Ironically both Tori Black and Bree Olson are top friends of Tori Black's boyfriend Lyndell (aka Dynomite Dolomite). Strange - please visit www.PornInTheValley.com for further details.

Has James Deen has been pushed out of the closet as a Bi-Sexual / Gay performer by Bret East Ellis?
(Monica Foster commentary: Maybe I'm reading a bit to deeply into this tweet by Bret Easton Ellis - but considering that Bret is possibly casting Joanna Angel's boytoy James Deen in a mainstream movie of which he will do a full frontal banging girls and GUYS - it seems as though Bret has outed James to the world as being openly bi-sexual or an occasional gay performer - hmmmm.... Welcome to the world of Crossover Performers Mr. James Deen)
courtesy Mediabistro.com
Our favorite male porn star may just crossover into mainstream film. Bret Easton Ellis has been tweeting about a film script he is writing with James Deen in mind:
Ellis describes the project he’s writing as as an “LA noir micro budget Paul Schrader movie,” and it’s clever of him to want James Deen involved. Deen has a large following of young women, and we’re willing to bet they’d come out in droves to see him in a mainstream film.
What do you think, dear readers? Could the next teen heartthrob be a porn star?

Pakistan Bans Porn Websites
courtesy xbiz.com
Porn sites are officially banned in Pakistan.
In what the local media is calling a bold move and “annoyance to society,” the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA) has given ISPs an initial list of 1,000 restricted websites that could grow to more than 170,000.
Users visiting the blocked sites are redirected to an error message page that says, “This page is blocked due to restrictions enforced by the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA).”
According to News Pakistan, the PTA’s action may have been prompted by a “mystery man” hacker, known as “Zombie_Ksa,” who hacked the regulator’s website in October telling it to block porn sites in the country.
He told PTA Chairman, Dr. Muhammad Yaseen, “Ask yourself why Pakistan Telecommunication Authority is victim of ZombiE_KsA? Baby I’m here to tell this **** world that we are Pakistan, not Pornistan…and Sir I need your help. Since you have powerful balls and I request you to take action to ban porn sites in Pakistan. Read it again I request you to BAN Pornographic sites in Pakistan.”
In September, the hacker cracked the country’s Supreme Court’s website and posted the message: “Supreme Court of Pakistan is in untalented hands,” and told the Chief Justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, “I am here to request you to go out and help the poor, needy and hungry. They don’t have money to eat one-time meal, they don’t have clothes to wear, and they don’t have accommodation…sitting in your royal chair won’t make any changes to our Pakistan.”
Authorities believe Ksa is really Jawad Ehsan, aka Hamza, the founder of a Pakistani group of hackers calling themselves PAKBUGS.
The report said that in 2010, Fox News reported Pakistan as one of the top ranked countries in terms of porn-related search requests, although some feel the report was western propaganda.
Critics are calling the ban a “slap in the face" and damages Pakistan’s image.
Last November, the PTA handed down a ban on sexting that included more than 1,600 words and phrases it deemed obscene and gave carriers seven days to comply or face legal action.
The banned words that needed to be filtered included indecent language, expletives, and swear words published in English and the native Urdu language.

Simi Valley Mayor says porn industry NOT WANTED THERE!
courtesy AdultFYI.com
Martin Sheen plays him in the movie version.
from www.vcstar.com - Simi Valley mayor to the adult film industry: you're not wanted here.
Bob Huber [pictured] is taking a proactive move to discourage adult filmmakers who might be thinking of relocating to the city by pushing an ordinance that likely will mirror the hotly-debated ordinance approved [last] Tuesday by the Los Angeles City Council. It calls for denying permits to production companies that don't require male actors to wear condoms.
The proposed law still needs Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa to approve it and then a committee must be formed to figure out how to enforce it.
"We're not going to accept the pornographic purveyors from Los Angeles County," said Huber, who as mayor already has cracked down on illicit massage parlors.
"This is a family-oriented town, and we're going to rise up and keep them out of our city, whatever it (lawfully) takes."
Huber said potential revenue from production companies was "not even a consideration."
Huber's response came on the heels of news stories in which adult film companies said they would probably take their cameras and actors to nearby counties if the city of Los Angeles' condom requirement goes countywide. The closest city outside the countyhappens to be Simi Valley, neighbor to the adult-film "capitals" of Chatsworth and San Fernando Valley, according to Huber.
Should filmmakers even consider relocating to Simi Valley, Huber said he expects there to be an ordinance similar to the L.A. City Council's one waiting for them, although it has yet to be written and voted on.
To get that going, he has asked the city attorney to prepare one for the next City Council meeting on Jan. 30, Huber said.
"So we will have it done and talk about it," said Huber. "Whether we can do formal stuff is another thing. I know how this town feels, and we're going to do it, that's my prediction."
Simi Valley's attorney, Tracy Noonan, said her staff is reviewing the ordinance approved by the L.A. City Council to see whether she will copy it directly or make changes. She also is reviewing a similar law on the books — Simi Valley's current adult business ordinance — to see how broad it is, but it only covers businesses such as adult book stores and exotic dance businesses.

The 2012 AVN awards didn't look very well put together this year.
An awards show of this level should be more professionally put together and well organized in my opinion.

How porn parodies avoid copyright restrictions
Wednesday, January 18, 2012 marked an intriguing confluence of events. No, it’s not some sort of Mayan end-of-the-world situation, but it is the day on which Wikipedia, Google and a number of other big websites posted the Stop Online Piracy Act. It was also the day on which the Adult Entertainment Expo kicked off in Las Vegas.
How on Earth are the two related? Bear with me.
I’ve written before about how SOPA has the potential to kick off the equivalent of an Internet Cold War. If enacted, the legislation would give U.S. authorities power to block certain websites. The target would be file-sharing enablers such as the Pirate Bay, but could also encompass other undesirable websites, which historically has meant porn. But that’s not the tree I’m barking up today.
At this year’s AEE, porn titan Vivid is going to be touting its latest big-budget production, a triple-X “parody” ofStar Wars that is being released this month. Watch this trailer–which is perfectly safe for work, given that it’s completely devoid of even suggested sex or nudity–and you’ll see why I put the word parody in quotes:

Monica Foster brings you another Christian Pornstar and Porn News Today broadcast
Monica Foster on January 13th spoke about why condoms need to be required for the Los Angeles
porn industry - reason being the rapid spread of a new SUPER strain of gonorrhea.
As of January 17th the LA city council passed a vote making condoms 100% mandatory for the los angeles porn industry.
January 15 Monica Foster discusses the new trend of mainstream actresses possibly being recruited into porn via the playboy gateway. Monica Foster explains how mainstream under age actresses and musicians such as Taylor Momsen are being influenced by Lindsay Lohan
and others in the porn industry such as Jenna Haze into thinking that the only way they can gain fame is by going into the hard core pornography marketplace.
Monica explains that as long as the porn industry is trying to link up with the music industry - the SOPA act will never be taken seriously or considered by
the United States government. Monica feels that mainstream entertainment - especially the music industry should cut all ties with the pornography industry.
Monica Foster then goes on the discuss how finally people who depict minors in adult material (in her view directors and studio owners such as Will Ryder aka Jeff Mullen) are finally facing legal consequences.

How does Xbiz not know which adult talent agencies are no longer operating? 3 Talent Agencies Splinter From LATATA to Form ALTA
(Monica Foster commentary: I found this press release rather strange, because 2 of the "current LATATA agencies listed - Lisa Ann's Talent Management and Goldstar Modeling - are no longer in business / operational. How is Rhett Pardon of Xbiz.com not aware of this? Who in the world even wrote this press release and WHY?)
courtesy xbiz.com
Three adult talent agencies have parted ways from the adult agency trade group LATATA and are starting their own organization.
Type 9 Models, OC Modeling and ATM/LA said late Thursday that they will form a new trade association to be called Agency Licensed Trade Association, or ALTA.
LATATA, formally known as the Licensed Adult Talent Agency Trade Association, was started up by Derek Hay of LA Direct Models. The group was set up to form "a union between all licensed talent agencies for the adult entertainment business."
Current LATATA member agencies include Goldstar Modeling, Hay's LA Direct Models, Lisa Ann's Talent Management, Spiegler Girls, World Modeling, Foxxx Modeling and Big Love Talent.
The three founding members of the new and competing trade group ALTA, which formed this week, plans a similar mission to LATATA's.
"We believe that the idea of a trade association is good, but our belief of how to operate it is different of the other association," ALTA partners said in statement. "ALTA is an organization about unity, trust and respect of the individuals in our industry. We do not believe in strong-arming or making it difficult for talent to succeed.
"We hope with the new organization we can work more closely with production and talent to make work conditions smoother and more efficient for all parties."

Meet the New King of Porn
![]() |
| Fabian Thylmann - photo courtesy AVN.com |
courtesy CNBC.com
Fabian Thylmann isn't a familiar name to most people outside the adult entertainment industry.
But while the 33-year-old managing partner of Manwin lacks the icon status of Hugh Hefner or the grand showmanship of Larry Flynt, he has quietly become one of the most powerful people in porn over the past two years.
His company, based in Luxembourg (with offices around the globe), owns many of the major online porn sites (like Brazzers and Twisty's), oversees Playboy's online and television operations, manages the online operations of Wicked Pictures, and this week signed a deal to buy Digital Playground, one of the industry's largest filmmakers.
But ask Thylmann, who prefers to avoid the spotlight, about Manwin and he'll describe it as something much different from a porn empire.
"In essence, Manwin is a tech company," he said at a rare keynote speech at Internext, an industry-only conference held immediately before The Adult Entertainment Expo. "We're online and have such big sites that we have to be very, very good at the tech side of this business."
Some might roll their eyes at such a description, but Thylmann made a strong enough case over a 10-month period in 2010 and 2011 to convince a Wall Street fund (which he declines to name) to agree to a nine-figure loan in April 2011. The money was used to pay down previous acquisition debts and fund new takeovers, such as Digital Playground.
An investment that large, in any company, is worth noting. And Thylmann says that while there are no plans for an IPO at present, it's something the company has not ruled out.
"Clearly, I'm not going to say no, but I honestly haven't decided yet," he said in the speech. "The lenders asked that, because they want to know if I have an exit [strategy]. What I told them is: 'The money I make today is fine. I don't need to go public.'"
Besides, he notes, companies that are pure porn plays don't tend to do well with investors. Before he'd consider an IPO, Manwin would have to diversify.
"I think going public is doable, but it's very difficult with a pure adult company. It needs to be mixed with something mainstream, and finding that isn't easy …. There are certainly a few good targets out there, but … there's nothing planned now," Thylmann said at the Internext event.
Of course, with Playboy TV among its holdings, Manwin has an inroad to mainstream entertainment companies. And that's something Thylmann hopes to use to the company's advantage as streaming media becomes more commonplace in the living room.
"With Playboy TV, we also got … a way to get into the door of Google [GOOG 632.91 4.33 (+0.69%) ], Samsung's TV group, and Netflix [NFLX 98.54 3.82 (+4.03%) ]," he said. "With Brazzers, when we knock on the door, they tell us to leave, because they're afraid of the content. They're not afraid of Playboy, though. At least they can be convinced to talk to us about [airing] it. Later on, I can try to push other content into the mix."

Why porn queens and CES tech geeks have parted ways

| Rachel Starr 2011 AVN expo |
For years, the sight of badge-wearing technology nerds intermingling with buxom porn queens along the Strip marked the start of a new year and the concurrent arrival of two high-profile conventions to Las Vegas.
But this year, the International Consumer Electronics Show and the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo, two conventions with a long, informal relationship, are being held on separate weeks. CES wrapped up last Friday and the adult expo begins Wednesday.
The split was caused in large part by scheduling issues, said Steve Javors, managing editor of AVN, an adult entertainment trade publication.
“We needed to keep the AVN Awards over the weekend so all of our talent and the members of the adult business community can attend without it taking up their whole week,” Javors said.
Holding the adult expo concurrently with CES had brought the convention increased attendance and media attention, Javors said. But as the show has grown over the past two decades — starting out in the basement of the Sands Expo and Convention Center in the 1980s and now reaching the point where it will take over the Hard Rock Hotel — Javors said having its own weekend will help the adult expo step into its own spotlight.
The separation from CES, which drew nearly 150,000 visitors and sent room rates skyrocketing, will also help attendees at the adult expo save on travel costs.
“We’ve certainly grown up and deserve our own weekend,” Javors said. “I think (the move) will make our show more accessible for people who want to attend. The hotel rooms will cost less and people won’t spend forever waiting in lines for cabs.”
Among attendees at CES, reactions were mixed as people who enjoyed attending both events realized that the adult expo was being held a week later.
“I suppose I’m a bit disappointed,” said 55-year-old Jeff Lewis, a research scientist from Canada attending CES. “It was very peculiar to be walking from a booth with computers to go-go dancers. It was always fun to walk through both conventions.”
CES attendee Walter Areas said he worried that the separation would mean less attendance for the adult expo.
“The demographic for CES is all men. Same with the porn convention,” the 30-year-old California resident said. “Realistically, they should go hand in hand. It worked. It was a perfect collaboration — like white on rice.”
The new weekend for the adult expo will also come with a new venue, as the convention’s festivities and exhibitions move to the Hard Rock Hotel. Javors said the expo will take advantage of the Hard Rock’s varied venues to host a dozen parties throughout the week.
“It takes us out of the convention-type atmosphere and puts it in a fun, sexy venue,” he said. “It’s really exciting … I think it will, in a way, breathe new life into the show and give it a different vibe.”
Los Angeles mandates porn stars wear condoms
courtesy Reuters.com
Porn stars in Los Angeles will be legally required to wear condoms during film shoots after the city council voted on Tuesday to mandate their use, despite a threat by skin flick producers to leave town over the requirement.
The move comes amid persistent questions about how to enforce the health measure, which backers say will protect performers in the multibillion-dollar porn industry from contracting HIV and other diseases.
Producers complain the sight of a condom in a sex scene turns off consumers of their videos.
The Los Angeles City Council voted 9-1 on Tuesday to give final approval to the measure, proposed after the AIDS Healthcare Foundation qualified an initiative for the ballot that would have asked voters in June to mandate condoms at porn shoots as a condition of obtaining a film permit.
The city would have had to spend over $4 million to hold the election, and city officials said a decision to simply adopt the condom requirement allowed them to dodge that costly election.
The council gave preliminary approval to the measure last week, and its passage made the city the first in the nation to impose such a requirement. Most of the U.S. porn industry is based in Los Angeles.
The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal-OSHA) already requires porn performers to wear barriers, such as condoms, when they are in contact with bodily fluids.
But enforcement has been a challenge for the state. For one, the Cal-OSHA requirement is not specifically aimed at adult films, and it is openly violated within the industry, said Michael Weinstein, president of AIDS Healthcare. He has clashed with porn producers for years over the issue.
"I don't know of any other industry where people go out in public and say they're not going to follow the law," Weinstein, whose group provides care to AIDS patients, said last week.
WIDENING THE CAMPAIGN
City officials were still wrestling with how to enforce the condom mandate, which is set to go into effect in 90 days.
Paul Audley, president of FilmL.A., a nonprofit hired by the city to oversee television and film productions, said his office normally has Los Angeles police handle enforcement when problems arise with permitted shoots.
But Audley said last week that he has told city leaders he believes workers with health licenses would be best able to make sure adult film performers use condoms. He said his office and representatives from Cal-OSHA would soon meet to discuss how the new city mandate should be enforced. "No one's answered that question yet," he said.
Weinstein said, "We think it makes the most sense to job out this responsibility to an outside agency, like a nursing agency."
FilmL.A. hands out under 500 permits a year for adult movie shoots, Audley said. But some estimates put the number of adult films shot in the Los Angeles region at 50,000 a year, he said.
Not all productions need a permit -- such as those taking place in a soundstage -- and some shoots are done illegally. "We really don't have a way to tell where they may be filming illegally somewhere," Audley said.
Now that it has succeeded in having the City Council adopt the condom measure, AIDS Healthcare is widening its campaign by pushing for a November ballot initiative that would force porn producers to obtain a public health permit from Los Angeles County officials. The permit is similar to what barber shops must receive, said Ged Kenslea, a spokesman for AIDS Healthcare.
If that county measure passes, it would increase the burden on porn producers to follow state law and use condoms on sets, Kenslea said. It would also stop producers within Los Angeles city limits, including porn hub the San Fernando Valley, from moving shop to neighboring communities to avoid using condoms, Weinstein said.
Porn producers have been critical of the condom mandate.
Steven Hirsch, the co-chairman and founder of adult film company Vivid Entertainment, said his company has a "condom-optional" policy and leaves it up to performers.
"Consumers have said overwhelmingly that they would prefer to watch movies without condoms," Hirsch said last week.
While over 80 percent of the U.S. porn industry is based in Los Angeles, where performers are regularly tested for sexually transmitted diseases, productions could move to other states or countries due to the condom mandate, he said.

Is a website possibly owned by Manwin attempting to ruin the lives of college kids by recruiting them into porn
courtesy clickondetroit.com
(Monica Foster commentary: A relatively new website called DareDorm.com is recruiting University of Michigan students to be porn performers. A pornographic website features college co-eds having sex in dorms, and recent videos were posted on the site which, the producers say, feature students from the University of Michigan.
The DareDorm.com producers have posted advertisements on websites to recruit new students for new movies.
Anthony Kalil, a student at U of M, has heard about the campus porn invasion. He knows students are being offered up to $10,000 to do the videos. But he also knows the ramifications of shooting an X-rated movie.
"For somebody to let a crew in to film something like that, you're ruining yourself and you're ruining your friends. It's just not a good idea," Kalil said. "It's definitely a decision that you are going to have to deal with for the rest of your life. Twenty years down the road and you have kids, they go on the Internet, they are going to see mommy and daddy when they were drunk in college."
The website's producers said they are always looking for new talent and students who will let them into their dorm rooms to shoot the explicit videos. They are also looking to hire crew members to shoot the videos.
"Besides hiring performers we're also looking to hire crew members who will help us shoot these exciting movies," website producers said.
However, the University of Michigan must approve all film and video productions inside the dorm halls, and requests from DareDorm. com would likely be denied.
Campus police and media relations were not familiar with the website. DareDorm.com would have to get permission from campus police and the university

Porn trend alert to track! Will 2012 usher in a new wave of "upscale" African-American adult stars?
Editorial by Monica Foster
Back in March of 2008 when I first entered the Los Angeles porn scene - African American faces were pretty rare - and they still are considering the size of the porn industry talent pool. However there's a new trend that I've been tracking and as of this morning I feel it's time to write about it.
It seems that the Los Angeles porn industry is looking to finally develop and market a new wave of "upscale" African American female talent. Some would argue that the lack of promoted Black female talent in porn has been due to a "lack of demand" for such women in the world of adult content - but I always knew that excuse was a smokescreen. Considering that I was able to generate a fairly good income via my relatively simplistic website www.MonicaF.com I felt that upscale African-American women in porn was an untapped market (that at the time), I hoped to be a forerunner in molding and shaping into "goldmine".
While I was active in porn, aside from myself - I'd have to say the only African-American females who were properly promoted and cast in a positive "upscale" light within the Los Angeles porn circuit were myself, Misty Stone and Nyomi Banxxx
Starting between the end of 2011 and the beginning of this new year - I've noticed a lot of "headhunting" of black African-American women with an "upscale" look. It appears that the porn industry (though dying) is finally willing to promote and showcase the "uppity black girl". I have to question why though? Is it due to Barack and Michelle Obama? My own rapidly increasing post-porn industry popularity? The porn industry FINALLY taking notice of Misty Stone after her being a long time 6 year veteran of the industry? Keith Hefner no longer being able to deny that he's a "blackaholic"?
Regardless of the reasons, here is a list of young African American women who are porn industry rookies but who you may want to keep tabs on...

Ex-Playboy Pin Up Mother Trains 16-year-old Daughter to Be Topless Model
courtesy adultfyi.com
A former Playboy pin-up is so keen for her 16-year-old daughter to follow in her footsteps she is training her to become a topless model.
Annette Edwards even arranged for daughter Paige to pose for a saucy photoshoot when she was just 14 years old.
The 60-year-old insists that becoming a glamour model would be a brilliant career for the teenager – who has wanted to pose topless since she was 10.
The grandmother of 10, who is also a great-grandmother, splurges £400-a-month on lingerie, fake tan, manicures and heels for Paige.
Annette even coaches her daughter to pose provactively and the pair have posed for lingerie shoots together.
Annette, from Worcester, has had £18,000 worth of surgery including a facelift, cheek and chin implants, Botox and a boob job boosting her from a 36D to a 36DD.
And the model mum hasn’t ruled out a possible breast augmentation for Paige when she turns 18 is she hasn’t developed bigger boobs.
Annette, who also began modelling at 16, told Closer magazine: “She’s not too young or vulnerable as long as I’m with her. Girls in clubs wearing next to nothing are in more danger. “There’s nothing wrong with glamour modelling, as long as it’s tasteful, like Page Three and Playboy.
“It makes you feel sexy and powerful – and Paige is a natural.”
The model mum also revealed: “We plan to pose topless together when she’s old enough, too.”
Despite admitting the thought of posing topless with Annette might be “embarrassing”, Paige claims her mum is “an inspiration”. She said: “I’ve always wanted to be a glamour model. I enjoy the compliments and being in front of the camera.
“When I’m 18, I’ll go topless – the money’s good.”
Annette was brought up by her grandmother who supported her decision to become a glamour model as a teenager. She stopped at 18 when she got married but 10 years and six children later, she got back in front of the camera.
Annette even posed for Playboy at 45 when Paige was just a year old.
On her mum’s advice, Paige left school with four GCSEs to concentrate on her modelling career.
The teenager has even lost friends, which Annette puts down to jealousy.
Despite building up a portfolio since her first shoot at 14, Annette isn’t worried about Paige being ogled by men. She added: “I don’t even need to talk to her about sleeping with boys – she’s sensible.”

Ephebophiles have found the legal loophole to pimping - MARRIAGE!
(Monica Foster commentary: Ephebophilia is the sexual preference of adults for mid-to-late adolescents, generally ages 15 to 19. I'm very glad to finally have a term to slap on the men (and women) sitting in the power seats of the Los Angeles porn industry (porn valley). Men such as Will Ryder aka Jeff Mullen are ephebophiles (just take a look at his movies Not the Bradys XXX and Not the Cosbys XXX where he clearly depicts minors having sex) and should be classified, categorized and dealt with appropriately. Unfortunately the actions of men like Ryder/Mullen have lead to the REAL LIFE result of which you can watch in the video below. Courtney Stodden's situation is not just sad and exploitive - it's proof of Hollywood utilizing marriage as a loophole to possibly legally pimp a teenager.)

Sony Partners With Playboy Cyber Girl Jo Garcia To Make PlayStation Vita More Sexy
courtesy forbes.com
Sony Computer Entertainment has been receiving positive buzz from its mainstream showcase of PlayStation Vita hardware and games at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2012). With its February 22nd U.S. launch fast approaching, Sony is rolling out hands-on PS Vita showcases in major cities across the country. In addition, the game publisher has partnered with Playboy’s 2008 Cyber Girl of the Year Jo Garcia to host eight parties in eight cities between January and March. Garcia, who created and runs Playboy’s Gamer Next Door site, talks about the PS Vita and how she’s working with Sony in this exclusive interview.
How are you working with Sony for the PS Vita launch?
I’m going to start touring with Sony in mid-January through March with the PS Vita. It’s a huge push in all the major cities. We’re throwing eight parties in eight cities across the United States, including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Miami and Austin for South by Southwest.
What will you be doing while on this tour?
It’s all about showing people what the PS Vita lifestyle is about. I’ll be showing people the device as well as the games. I’m also shooting a promo video with Sony about the device.
Will there be Playboy Playmates at these parties?
I know I’m in every city. If there are local Playboy girls, we’re going to invite them to come and hang out and party with us. But they won’t be there promoting the product. They won’t be trained to do it.

Launch of TopTV's porn channels threatened
courtesy mg.co.za
The South Gauteng High Court will only decide next week whether TopTV can launch three new pornography channels on January 20.
The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) brought an interdict application before Judge Ndawuyake Tshabalala on Friday, hoping to delay the independent broadcaster's launch.
After lengthy arguments delivered by both parties' legal counsel were heard until 7pm, Tshabalala announced his intention to rule on the matter "by latest Wednesday".
The dispute relates to Icasa's subscription broadcasting services regulations, specifically paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6. These regulations stipulate that Icasa must authorise or refuse applications for additional channels to be added to an existing bouquet within 60 days.
By November 13 2011, TopTV had received no response from Icasa about the application, which was made on September 13 2011.
The independent broadcaster argued regulations indicate that applications are approved by default if no response if forthcoming.
"If upon the expiry of the 60-day period contemplated in 3.4, the authority has not issued a certificate the channel shall be regarded as having been authorised," reads paragraph 3.5.
Advocate Terry Motau SC, Icasa's legal representative in the matter, maintained the body was still dealing with the application and needed more time for it to be "properly reviewed".
"Within the South African context, the content of this proposed channel is unprecedented. The rights contained in the applicant's broadcasting license are not enhanced by the missing of a deadline," Motau argued.

One night of songwriting by Snoop Dog gave Erica McLean the credit of merging porn and rap / hip-hop
courtesy AVN.com
Director Erica McLean's latest addition to her Flying Pink Pig series will feature an original song by rap megastar Snoop Dogg.
McLean met Snoop at the recent Players Ball in Hollywood through mutual friend Bishop Don Juan. The recipient last year of the Ball's Pimpette of the Year and Producer of the Year awards, McLean instantly charmed Snoop enough to convince him to compose a track for her forthcoming Riding the Flying Pink Pig, to be released through her Cheeky Monkey Productions and LFP Video.
"I love Snoop, he's my Earth Angel," McLean said. "We really hit if off from the start, and he graciously took time from his busy schedule to sit down and put together this song in just one night, before he headed to Australia for his upcoming appearance there."
This is Snoop Dogg's first co-mingling with the porn world since his self-directed 2003 production Hustlaz: Diary of a Pimp, also released by Hustler.
"I dig Erica's movies," Snoop said. "I believe in her and her vision, and I wanted to be a part of what she was doing."
"I'm so happy to be back working with Hustler," McLean added, "and I'm sure that the fans will love this new movie release."
The movie will also feature tracks by artists Mack 10 and YG $oprano. McLean's Flying Pink Pig 1 & 2 (released by Cal Vista/Metro) picked up 2012 AVN Award nominations for Best Original Song, Best Comedy (both for Vol. 1) and Best Overall Marketing Campaign – Individual Project.
This newest chapter of the saga stars Sunny Lane, Andy San Dimas, Nicki Hunter, Cytherea, Sasha Heart, Tessa Taylor, Lizz Tayler and Victoria Lawson, with Ron Jeremy reprising his role as the villainous rival food truck owner.
"I'm proud of it, we had such a great cast," McLane said. "The production was essentially a lot of fun sprinkled with hardcore sex. We took it to a whole new level."

Will Steve Hirsch offer this new breed of women with 2 vaginas 1 million dollars for the first Triple Penetration "Tripod" sextape?
Monica Foster editorial

Not much surprises me now days, but this news item most certainly did. Apparently there are certain women (though it's extremely rare) that are born with 2 vaginas - yes 2 (side by side). Tyra Banks did a show on this phenomenon back in 2009 and 2010 but now ABC news has picked up the news item as you can see above.
Considering how deperate the Los Angeles porn industry is to stay afloat, and how they'll exploit ANYTHING regardless of how distasteful - I wonder how long before Steve Hirsch of Vivid sends a press release to TMZ announcing that he'll offer a million dollars or more to the first "Dual Vagina" woman who'd be willing to provide a Triple Penetration "World's first Tripod" sextape?

FriendFinder Says It's Facing Delisting on Nasdaq
courtesy of xbiz.com
FriendFinder Networks Inc. says it has received a notice of delisting by the Nasdaq stock exchange.
Nasdaq warned FriendFinder that the value of its publicly traded shares dipped below $15 million for 30 days and its stock price fell below $1 for 30 days, both grounds for delisting.
FriendFinder has until July 5 to boost its market value and until July 9 to increase its share price.
"The company can regain compliance with the minimum bid price rule if the bid price of its common stock closes at $1 per share or more for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days during the 180 calendar day period," FriendFinder said in a statement to regulators.
The Boca Raton, Fla.-based company that owns Penthouse magazine and the FriendFinder network of social media sites saw a net loss for the third quarter of $5.4 million in its third quarter, and its stock price has dropped substantially since the May initial offering at $10 a share.
FriendFinder traded Friday on the Nasdaq at 23 cents a share.

Georgia man gets prison time for making child porn ... with Photoshop
[Monica Foster commentary: I'm glad to see that authorities are finally beginning to realizing that the DEPICTION of children in a pornographic sense is not just wrong but should have harsh legal consequences. I have been stating for around 2 years now (click here for a broadcast about this issue and skip to the 34min 30sec mark) that Will RYder aka Jeff Mullen should be CONVICTED and serve JAIL TIME for DEPICTING minors in his adult movies (Cindy Brady in Not the Bradys XXX and Rudy and Not the Cosbys XXX) - this year I will be taking steps along with others who understand that child porn is wrong to ensure that Ryder / Mullens actions ARE ADDRESSED in the COURT OF LAW.]

Yesterday, a federal judge sentenced Dirk LaPaglia to six years in prison (and ten years of supervised release after that) for taking not-pornographic pictures of girls in his Johns Creek neighborhood, and then using Photoshop to make porn out of them.
U.S. Attorney Sally Yates' office described the images thusly ...
[Police found in La Paglia's home] a cache of photos that [he] had created by combining photos of neighborhood women and girls with pornographic images. The police seized LaPaglia's computer for further examination. On the computer, they found a collection of over 600 images depicting the faces/upper torsos of neighborhood girls morphed onto the naked bodies of other females engaged in various explicit sex acts. Authorities have identified at least two dozen victims of this conduct — actual minor females who lived in LaPaglia's neighborhood or adjacent communities.
LaPaglia's other activities ...
The examination of the computer also revealed that LaPaglia had clandestinely entered several neighbors’ homes, found the girl’s bedroom, placed the girl’s undergarments on the girl’s bed, and then filmed himself engaging in auto-erotic behavior.
Yikes. BUT, six years in prison for making porn with Photoshop? Granted, it's completely gross. Totally inappropriate, and I'm sure the girls whose pictures he used feel incredibly violated. But six years in prison?
Robert McBurney, who prosecuted the case, called the sentence "meaningful and deterrent."

Why hasn't the "mainstream" porn news covered this a bit more - the new super strain of Gonorrhea
courtesy Menshealth.com

Stronger than even the most potent antibiotics at keeping you STD-free
Finding out you have chlamydia or gonorrhea—though inconvenient and stressful—isn’t the worst thing that can happen. After some antibiotics, you’re back in the game, right? Not necessarily: Researchers recently discovered a new strain of gonorrhea, H014, that can’t be killed with current antibiotics.
But it’s not the first super-strain. “Gonorrhea has a well known history of resisting antibiotics,” says Barbara Jean Van Der Pol, Ph.D., professor at Indiana University, and board member of the International Society for Sexually Transmitted Diseases Research. “Sixty percent of samples were resistant to penicillin within 50 years of being introduced to the drug.” Gonorrhea is a very complex bacterium with an amazing ability to mutate and resist antibiotics, the CDC says.
Should you be worried? Well, considering that gonorrhea—the second most common STD in the U.S.—can cause infertility in men, increase your risk of contracting HIV, and spread to your blood and joints, leading to death . . . yes.
But on the other hand, not much has changed—if you wear condoms. The super-strain may be strong, but it can’t claw through latex.
